June Long is Head of Global Equities Research. She leads and sets the direction of the strategic research agenda for Public Equities, which shapes investment decisions to drive impact across global public equities portfolios. She also supports the Chief Investment Officer in reviewing large deal exposures.
June joined GIC in 2002 and has held a range of leadership and investment roles across the Asia Equities team. Over the years, she has managed sector and generalist portfolios and led research efforts across multiple markets. She was appointed Deputy Head of Asia Equities Research in 2017 and promoted to Head in 2020.
June holds a Master of Arts in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Jesus College, Oxford and a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics. She also holds a Master of Science in Wealth Management from the Singapore Management University.
